Roth Staffing is looking for Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in integrating new technologies, optimizing existing tools, and ensuring teams are trained, supported, and equipped to adopt evolving workflows and capabilities.
Hourly Pay Rate: $65.00 - $67.54
Duration: 12 months temp-to-hire

Marketing team is expanding its operational capabilities and modernizing its ecosystem of marketing systems and platforms to support scalable, efficient, and compliant execution. The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in integrating new technologies, optimizing existing tools, and ensuring teams are trained, supported, and equipped to adopt evolving workflows and capabilities.

You will help build a connected, future ready marketing operations environment that enhances visibility, accelerates delivery, and improves the overall quality of marketing output.

How you will make an impact:
* Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of marketing systems and platforms used across the THV marketing organization (e.g., workflow/project management tools, DAM systems, content creation platforms, digital experience tools, analytics dashboards, and future technologies).
* Partner with Global IT, Marketing teams, the Agency of Record (AOR), and platform vendors to ensure seamless system integration, governance, and long term scalability.
* Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding materials, and best practice guides for marketers, agencies, and cross functional partners.
* Analyze workflow bottlenecks and user behavior to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
* Build dashboards and reporting views that provide visibility into project status, resource utilization, cycle times, and operational KPIs.
* Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure consistent use of marketing systems and adherence to governance standards.
* Design and maintain workflows, templates, routing rules, and operational frameworks that support scalable execution across marketing programs.
* Ensure data integrity, system hygiene, and compliance across all platforms and user groups.
* Support change management efforts as new systems and processes are introduced to the organization.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.

What You Will Need (Required):
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or marketing technology. Experience managing or supporting marketing systems or platforms (e.g., workflow tools, DAMs, CMS, content creation tools, analytics platforms). Strong communication skills with the ability to train, influence, and support diverse user groups. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment and lead a small team to implement new systems across the THV business unit.

What else we look for (preferred):
* Experience implementing or administering marketing systems and enterprise platforms
* Background in medical device, healthcare, life sciences or regulated industries.
